limited channels uncomfortable bed
The TV had limited channels. I had difficulty finding something to watch. I also discovered that the source button was not functional, so my Fire Stick was not usable. It was disappointing because I had planned to relax with some shows in the evening. The bed and pillows also were uncomfortable which resulted in sore back.

the front staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location is great because it is close to a shopping centre. the bar area was nice.

small room bathroom smell
the room i had was quite small i must say. there wasn't much space to put my suitcase, and there wasn't even a proper wardrobe. the tv had only two channels i could get and there was a smell in the bathroom. not a major issue but certainly not ideal.
